When You Refer A Driver Who Gets Hired

We know that excellent drivers tend to know other excellent drivers. So we’ll reward any Koch driver who sends a driver our way who we ultimately hire. Just be sure to give the driver your full name and tell them to enter it on their application. Put your contacts to work for you!

Just follow these easy steps to be eligible for a bonus:

1.  Your referral must meet all the qualifications outlined here.

2.  Your referral must fill out our online application on this website.

3.  You referral must write in your name in the blank that asks “Who referred you”

Once the person you refer completes orientation, you will receive a check for $400.00. Once your referral completes 90 days of uninterrupted service, you will receive a check for $600.00.

PUBLIC REFERRAL PROGRAM

Anyone can refer a driverand receive $250. You don’t have to be a Koch employee to earn our Referral Bonus. Everyone in the general public is invited to refer qualified drivers to us—and we’ll pay you if we hire them! So send us the names of the qualified drivers and contractors you know.
